For those drivers who want a luxury car with a well-finished interior and plenty of power, the 2014 Hyundai Genesis is the perfect choice. And unlike other competitors with outrageous sticker prices, this handsome car is a great value. It is available in both sedan and coupe body style.
The base engine powering the 2014 Hyundai Genesis is a 333-horsepower, 3.8-liter V6 mated with an eight-speed automatic transmission for smooth shifting. Thanks to its direct-injection and high output, it gets great gas mileage without sacrificing quick acceleration. For those who want their luxury car with a little more power, there is also the R-Spec version, which has a 429-horsepower, 5.0-liter V8. This engine makes the Genesis capable of sprinting from 0 to 60 in five seconds flat, a great time for a well-equipped sedan.
The exterior is characterized by a sculpted, dramatic design. It looks fresh and contemporary due to the unique black grille and flowing rooflines. The shape of the headlamps and the rear pillars' arcs show off its luxurious side.
Its roomy interior comfortably sits five passengers, with plenty of head, leg, and knee room even in the backseat. While leather is standard on all models, drivers who opt for the R-Spec version also receive heated seats for all passengers. Even the trunk is large. The 2014 Hyundai Genesis boasts almost 16 cubic feet of trunk space.
Every 2014 Hyundai Genesis is equipped with automatic climate control, satellite radio, and 18-inch alloy wheels. Premium and Technology Packages can be added for features like the Lexicon audio system.
