VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

I just wanted to express that we could NOT be happier with the all around great service that was provided to us when we came into this dealership on 8/18/15 to initially look around. We dealt with a salesman by the name of Frank. He asked us a little bit about what we were looking for & what we were looking to spend monthly. He never once tried to use the sales tactics that other dealerships have done or even tried to pressure us into buying right there. He encouraged us to take out time an think it completely through. After weeks of car shopping we knew instantly that we were going back to Frank at Action hyundai. The following day 8/19/15 we drove back & we had our hearts set on a specific car, & not to mention we were also in a bit of a rush. As everyone knows it can normally be hours before you walk out of a dealership with a new car. NEEDLESS to say that was not the case here. We were in & out in the time we needed to be & they never held out on one piece of information. They were all very helpful in every aspect & we will be returning come time to trade our new car in. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PATIENCE & PROFESSIONALISM ! If you have a chance to stop in & are in the market for a new car visit Frank!
